"Great response time. Troy got me off the toad quickly. Very Courteous. Very reasonably priced for a Sunday tow. Not a service I ever look forward to using, but if I need it again, hopefully there's a D&L towing around. Thank you."

"I called shortly after they opened and Greg answered the phone and was super kind, upbeat, and helpful. He gave me a time frame when they could tow my vehicle, and they were there when they said they would be. The guy that did the towing was named Keithan I think, and he also was extremely helpful, accommodating, and honest. Great customer service, great people, great company. 10/10 recommend."

"01/07/2024 - We had a Semi in Columbus, NE that needed towed back to Kansas. D & L Towing and Recovering out of Norfolk, NE had a truck to get our truck within 45 minutes. The employees at D & L Towing and Recovering were professional, friendly and they had great customer service skills. We highly recommend them and will use them again if needed."
