"I was stranded on South Hwy 81 last night and it was COLD! My roadside assistance provider told me that it would be about an hour before the tow truck would arrive. I called the shop to see if it really was going to be an hour wait. The gal that answered could not have been more kind. She knew it was super cold out and said that she would have the tow driver to my car in about 10 minutes! The driver arrived in less than 10 minutes and he too, could not have been any nicer. It was so refreshing to have truly caring people help out at such a stressful time. They were both such angels!"
